from Forever 21 remind you of? To me, they look like they have taken inspiration from Miu Miu's spring/summer '08 campaign, although I wouldn't go as far to say I could imagine Kirsten Dunst actually wearing them!

But the colourblocking, the colourway and the bow all add up to a very Harlequin-esque vibe don't you think? Perhaps you could pair them with a high-waisted puffball mini skirt, a loose, tucked-in vest top and some burgundy lippy to channel that Miu Miu vibe (but in a toned-down way).
